Relationships

Humans are "pack animals". In other words, we need each other. However, relationships are not always easy to build and maintain, and as children, we don't always learn how to set boundaries or communicate effectively. Personal growth is the first step in strengthening your relationships, so you can feel loved and valued.

I do not provide couples therapy, but I do work with individuals looking to improve their relationships with friends, family and loved ones. 

Common Problems that Affect Relationships:

  • Feeling like others take advantage of you

  • Consistent arguing with your family or loved ones

  • A drop in intimacy with your partner

  • Feeling isolated from others

  • Not knowing how to start conversations or make friends

  • Having trouble communicating your thoughts or feelings

  • Feeling stuck in a "toxic" relationship -- whether it be a partner, friend, parent, etc
